Data promise
We handle sensitive personal information, employment history, addresses. We never ask for or store passports or identity documents. Here are the six things we promise, in plain English.
We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, registration number ZC113586. You can verify this independently at ico.org.uk.
We only process your personal data for the specific research task you instructed. We collect explicit, written consent before we use your details in any information request we prepare for you to send.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketing partners, lead-generation networks, financial advisers, brokers or anyone else. The only third parties named in the requests we prepare are the pension providers you specifically authorise us to enquire with.
All data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest. We never ask for or store your passport or identity documents. If a pension provider requires identity verification, they will verify you directly.
You can request erasure of all your data at any time and we'll action it within 30 days. Signed Information Request Authority documents are retained as required by UK regulation and then deleted.
Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, rectify, restrict, port and erase your data. Email hello@pensionhunter.ai with any request and we'll respond within 30 days.
