Honest scope

What we can and can't find.

We'd rather under-promise and refund than overclaim. Here is exactly what each tier covers, what it doesn't, and how the refund works if your report delivers nothing material.

Country Pension Identification Report

$99

Single country · one professional document

What we find

  • Public-register matches against your work history (Companies House, regulator scheme registers, beneficiary registries)
  • Provider, scheme administrator and contact details where publicly available
  • Regulatory entitlement analysis for the country searched
  • Sourced findings, every claim identified by our automated register search or by a PensionHunter researcher, with the source shown
  • Administrator contact details and what to request, so you can contact them yourself

What we don't find

  • Live pension pot values (only the provider can disclose these)
  • Data behind authenticated provider portals or government logins
  • State-pension / public-sector scheme entitlements (handled by the Enhanced and Global Reports with member consent)
  • Pensions where no record exists in any register we can lawfully access

Enhanced Pension Identification Report

$499

Expert-led identification across a single country. Includes everything in the Country Report, plus manual research on every lead, a complete request pack for each fund we identify, written and ready to send, delivered within five working days of your intake form, and support after delivery: We stay with your case after delivery. If an administrator asks you a question, refuses, or simply does not reply, send it to us and we will tell you exactly what to send next. That continues until every fund we identified has answered you, or the route is exhausted and we say so plainly.

What we find

  • Everything in the Country Report
  • A complete request pack for every fund we identify, written and ready for you to send under a signed Information Request Authority
  • Manual follow-up on cold trails: acquired employers, retired administrators, renamed schemes
  • Public-sector and state-pension enquiries, where the country permits direct provider contact
  • Consolidated single-country report with provider responses

What we don't find

  • Pots in countries outside the one you selected (the Global Pension Identification Report covers multi-country)
  • Anything a provider lawfully refuses to disclose without further ID checks

Global Pension Identification Report

$799

Multi-country expert-led identification. Includes everything in the Enhanced Report, across every country you have worked in, up to all 41 we cover. More ground to cover means more research, so your report is delivered within ten working days of your intake form.

What we find

  • Everything in the Enhanced Report, across all 41 jurisdictions we cover
  • Cross-border consolidation: one report covering every country you worked in
  • A complete request pack for every fund we identify, in every searched country

What we don't find

  • Pensions in jurisdictions outside our 24 covered countries

A note on public-sector and state pensions

State pensions and public-sector schemes (NHS, civil service, teachers, armed forces and equivalents abroad) aren't searchable through public registers. The Country Report will not surface them. The Enhanced and Global Reports handle them through direct enquiries under a signed Information Request Authority.

The refund promise

Full refund if we find nothing material, that is, neither a regulatory entitlement determination nor an identified scheme administrator. Processed automatically. No questions, no forms, no delay.
