What your fund gets

  1. Former members abroad can find you: with your permission and after our check, your fund's name is listed on our GPFR fund pages in 24 languages.
  2. Later, if your fund wants: former members who registered with GPFR can be confirmed by your fund, only under a signed data agreement.
  3. A dated record of your registration for your board's file: a documented step in addition to the population register check.
  4. No cost, no contract, no member data, leave anytime.

The security check runs only on pensionhunter.ai.

No cost, no contract, no member data needed. Leave anytime.

Why is it free? The register is free for good, for funds and for members. We earn from paid tracing for funds that want more, and from reports for professionals such as executors and estate specialists, family lawyers and financial advisers, and for some individuals. Registering commits you to nothing.

Who we are: a Dutch founder. PensionHunter is a trading name of Battersea Park Capital Ltd (Companies House 13326151), ICO registered (ZC113586). Meet the founder

Each check will give a dated GPFR check record per member. The record will document a step a fund took to reach its member.

In the Netherlands, a GPFR check is an additional step in a fund's tracing policy, on top of the legally required BRP check. It never replaces the BRP check.

For the Irish State Pension, the free official route comes first: MyWelfare, run by the Department of Social Protection. For Irish schemes, GPFR is in development: it will let a scheme check the members it cannot reach against people who registered, and matching starts as funds join.

Questions

Is it free to register our fund?

Yes. Registering costs nothing and there is no contract.

What data do we share?

Only four details: the fund or scheme name, a contact name, a work email and a role. We ask for no member data, and nothing about your members is sent to us.

Can we leave?

Yes, at any time. Use the remove link in every email we send, or write to hello@pensionhunter.ai. Your fund is then no longer listed.

What does our fund get?

Once we have approved it, your fund can be listed by name on our GPFR fund pages, if you allow it. You get a dated record of your registration for your board's file. Later, and only under a signed data agreement, your fund can confirm former members who registered with GPFR.

Who is behind GPFR?
