What PensionHunter does not do

We are very clear about the limits of our service. PensionHunter does not:

• Provide financial advice about your pension
• Recommend whether to transfer, consolidate or draw down your pension
• Handle the claims process, once entitlements are identified, you arrange any claim directly with the provider
• Manage, hold or transfer pension funds
• Arrange financial products or investments
• Compare or rank pension providers or products
• Conduct claims management activity

What we do:

• Search pension registries and employer records across 41 countries
• Contact pension providers and administrators for you
• Deliver a full written research report within five working days of your intake form
• You decide what to do with the information

We do not participate in the claims process itself, the customer contacts the provider directly using the information in our report.

PensionHunter uses a proprietary, documented identification methodology to search pension registries across 41 countries. Unlike traditional pension tracers who handle cases manually, one by one, our workflow runs continuously across all countries at once.

We are transparent about how this works. Every client receives access to a case dashboard showing search status, countries checked, and results as they are identified.
