Sources and human verification

Each finding names the source we used and the date we read it. We work from official registers and national tracing routes, published scheme and administrator directories, employer records, and our own dated correspondence with national authorities. A human researcher reviews every report before it is sent. Where a detail cannot be verified, it is left out and the gap is stated.

Can you find a pension I lost abroad?

We research the countries you worked in and identify who holds a pension in your name, with the source we used for each finding and the route you take next. Our knowledge base covers 53 countries and the full identification service covers 41. We cannot promise that a pension exists, and where we find nothing material you get a full refund.

Do you move or consolidate pensions?

No. We do not transfer, consolidate, claim or negotiate anything, and we never hold client money. We identify what is there and prepare the information request. You send it, and every decision stays with you.

Do I need every pension document?

No. Most people come to us precisely because the paperwork is gone. Employer names, rough dates of service and the countries you worked in are usually enough to start. A national identifier helps where the country uses one, and a passport number is always sufficient.

Is PensionHunter financial advice?
