Dementia Pension Search

When someone develops dementia, records of past employers and pension pots can become hard to reconstruct. A Lasting Power of Attorney for property and financial affairs is the ordinary UK route that allows a nominated attorney to act on the person's behalf.

Official guidance on registering an LPA and on the Court of Protection deputyship route is published by GOV.UK; those routes remain in place independently of any private research service.
