Right of reply
This is a standing commitment to every institution named anywhere on this site. It applies to the 53 systems in the reachability study, to the transparency scoreboard, to the answers page, and to anything we publish in future from the same record set.
What we commit to
- Any authority may correct anything we publish about it, at any time. There is no window and no deadline for sending us a correction. Our own window is 48 hours: we publish a correction within 48 hours of receiving it.
- A correction is published in full. We do not summarise it, shorten it, or paraphrase it into our own words.
- A correction is attributed to the institution that sent it and carries the date it was received.
- A correction is shown alongside the original entry, not in place of it. The original stays visible, marked as corrected, so a reader can see what changed and when. We do not edit an entry silently.
- Where an institution asks us to remove a factual claim we cannot source, we remove it and say on the entry that it was removed, on what date, and at whose request.
- An institution does not have to accept our reading of its answer. Where we disagree, both readings are published side by side and the reader decides.
How to reach us
Write to hello@pensionhunter.ai with the word correction in the subject line, naming the page and the entry. Replies to any letter we have sent you reach the same place.
If it helps, quote the correction link that appears on the row itself. Each row carries its own link back to this page, so we know which entry you mean.
Postal correspondence is accepted at the address shown on our contact page.
Why this page exists
We publish statements about public institutions, sourced and dated. A published record with no route to correct it is a record nobody has to answer for. This page is that route, and it stands whether or not an institution chooses to use it.
