Ask about pensions abroad in your own language
You can now ask about a pension left in another country in your own language. Our free connector answers in 27 languages: English, العربية, Dansk, Deutsch, Español, فارسی, Français, हिन्दी, Bahasa Indonesia, Italiano, 日本語, 한국어, Norsk, Nederlands, Polski, Português (PT), Português (BR), Română, Русский, Svenska, ไทย, Tagalog, Türkçe, 简体中文, Tiếng Việt, Українська and Български. When your assistant passes the language you write in, our own sentences come back in it. The facts do not change. Every sourced fact, number, date and written answer from a national pension institution stays exactly as we stored it, in English or in the language of its source, with the source and the date we read it.
What is translated?
Our own wording: the notes we add to an answer, the line we give for a country we have mapped but not yet researched in depth, what an employer is called today, the sentences we repeat across countries about what is hard from abroad, and the labels for source and read date. These translations are ours. They come from tables we publish with the connector, one per language, written in advance and never made by a machine at the moment you ask. Each translated answer says that it is our translation and that a review is recommended.
What stays in the original?
The facts. A sourced fact keeps the words of its source. Numbers, dates, the names of institutions and the written answers national pension institutions sent us appear exactly as stored. Where we hold a translation of a fact, it sits next to the original and is marked as our translation. Dates inside translated sentences are written as year, month and day, so no month name is translated.
How do I use it?
Write to your assistant in your language. Every tool of the connector takes an optional language, an ISO 639-1 code such as de, nl or pt-BR, and your assistant passes it for you. A language we do not serve gets the English answer, with a note that says so. Setup steps for Claude and other assistants are on our connector page.
What does it not do?
It does not name the scheme that holds your record, estimate an amount or act for you. We identify and research; we do not give advice.

AI can tell you what a pension is. It cannot tell you that you have one. It is genuinely good at explaining how a rule works, and if that is all you needed, you have saved yourself a fee.
Then ask it which scheme holds your money and who administers it today, and ask it for the source and the date it checked. Why that is where it ends
