How fresh is our pension data? A dated status page, country by country
The facts we publish were last verified between 7 June 2026 and 14 October 2026, as our new status and data freshness page showed when this site was built on 16 October 2026. The page has one row for each of the 41 countries we research and the 98 countries we have mapped. For each one it gives the date we last verified its deadlines, its official portal or institution, its route from abroad and any written answer from its authority, with the source each date came from. Every date is read from our data at build time.
What does "last verified" mean here?
It is the day we read a fact against its official source. A deadline row carries the day we checked it on the authority's page. A portal entry carries the day we checked its address, register name and sign-in note. A route carries the day we read the official agreement list or contact page. An authority answer carries the date of the written reply. We never fill a missing date: a family with nothing dated says "None held".
What do the oldest and newest columns show?
They span every dated fact in a row, not just the newest in each family, so one older fact is never hidden behind a newer one. A date more than 90 days before the build is marked "due for a re-read". That is about our own schedule for reading the source again, not about the institution, and the fact stays published with its date until we have read it again. At this build, 5 of the 139 rows have an oldest fact due for a re-read: India, Japan, Philippines, South Korea and Vietnam.
What else is on the page?
A short system status block: the day the page was built, the connector version (1.12.0 at this build), and the latest monthly data release (October 2026). We do not publish monitoring data, so the page makes no uptime statement. It links our live register freshness list, which gives the day we last read each official register on our daily schedule.
We identify and research. We do not give advice, and nothing on the page is a statement about any individual.

AI can tell you what a pension is. It cannot tell you that you have one. It is genuinely good at explaining how a rule works, and if that is all you needed, you have saved yourself a fee.
Then ask it which scheme holds your money and who administers it today, and ask it for the source and the date it checked. Why that is where it ends
