Monthly data changes

Each month we publish what changed in our public data: countries added to our research or mapped, rows added to or changed in the deadline register, authority answers published and employer pages added. Every entry carries its date, and every month can be downloaded as JSON. The release is read from the history of our data files, which starts on 12 October 2026. The same entries, week by week and as an RSS feed, are on what changed. Each month also feeds our citable monthly data release, with treaty routes and deadlines across the countries we research, as CSV.

Weekly change alerts

Once a week, for the countries you choose, we email you the entries of this release dated in the week before: deadline register rows added or changed, country deadline pages, employer pages and authority answers, each with its link. No change, no email. We send it on Mondays, built from the same dated entries as this page, so the email and the page never disagree. We keep only your email address and your countries, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. The same form is on every country page, every country deadline page and every question page.

How this release is built

  • We read the history of our own data files: the deadline register, the list of countries we research, the mapped countries, the employer pages and the index of published authority answers. For each change we compare the rows before and after and record what was added, changed or removed.
  • The date of an entry is the day, in UTC, the change reached the main branch of our repository. That history starts on 12 October 2026, with the whole site as it stood then. Rows already present on that day are the starting point, not changes, so months before it are not published here.
  • Authority answers that were already on /answers before that history starts carry the date of the reply instead, and appear only if that date falls in a month published here.
  • Register freshness is not part of this release. We read official registers each day and keep those readings in our database, not in this history; the date we last read each register is on the register freshness list.
  • This release covers changes through 14 October 2026. It is generated from the history and committed with the site; nothing in it is typed by hand.
