A person whose service was previously liquidated by receiving an old age lump sum refund under Law 5510, and who has since had disability, old age and death insurance premiums newly reported under that Law again, may apply in writing to revive that earlier service. If they pay the amount of the lump sum they received, updated year by year with the applicable annual revaluation coefficient between the date it was paid and the date of the written request, by the end of the month following the date that updated amount is notified to them, that service is revived.
What the source does not say
The page states only the positive condition for revival (timely payment revives the service); it does not state what happens if payment is made late or not at all, e.g. whether the written request lapses or a new request and new notification are needed.
