Pension question, Belgium

Do I get a Belgian pension after working in Belgium for a few years?

A Belgian employee pension starts after a single day of work: the Federal Pensions Service states you already have a retirement pension as an employee or civil servant after having worked one day. Each Belgian year adds a fixed fraction of that year's capped, revalued salary, so a few Belgian years leave a small permanent monthly payment for life, not a refund.
