Pension question, Indonesia

Can foreigners withdraw BPJS JHT when they leave Indonesia?

JHT (Jaminan Hari Tua) is paid out in full as a lump sum when the participant leaves Indonesian territory for good (among the other triggers: age 56, resignation or termination while not working anywhere, total permanent disability, death). The free route is the JMO app, and the authority's own page states that withdrawal through JMO can only be done by workers who are Indonesian citizens, not foreign workers.

Since when have foreign workers been inside JHT?

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan puts old age savings (JHT) and the pension (JP) on different rails, and foreign nationals who work in Indonesia for at least six months have been inside JHT since PP 46 of 2015 took effect on 1 July 2015.
