GPFR, the Global Pension Finding Register

Leave a forwarding address for your pensions

Moving abroad? Register once, free, so pension funds that join GPFR can still find you years from now, even if you move again. Nothing is shared unless you and the fund both say yes.

No pension fund is matching yet.

Leave a forwarding address once. Pension funds can register free, so former members can find them. Free, always.

Add yourself to GPFR
Date of birth
  • We keep your email address, the countries, years and funds you give, and codes made from your name, any earlier names, your date of birth, your employers and any national number, never those details as text, with the version and time of this consent. Screening codes from your network address and browser are kept for 30 days.
  • Pension funds that join GPFR can check it for members they cannot reach. Nothing is shared with a fund without your yes.
  • You can delete everything at any time, and we delete it within a day of your request; we also delete it after 24 months without activity.
  • Questions: hello@pensionhunter.ai.

Privacy notice

The security check runs only on pensionhunter.ai.

We email you to confirm your address, when you ask us something (a status code or a deletion confirmation), and when there is a match. No newsletters, no marketing.

Run a pension fund? Register your fund, free

Free pension register for people who worked abroad

GPFR is a free register where people who worked abroad leave a forwarding address for their pensions, once. Pension funds can register free, so former members who moved abroad can find them. Nothing is shared without your yes, and it is free for pension funds and trustees too.

Our ambition: one global register where people and the pension funds holding their pensions find each other.

  • Free for people.
  • Data protected under UK GDPR.
  • Free for funds and trustees too.

How matching works

  1. 1. Both sides register

People add themselves free. Funds can register free, so former members can find them.

  2. 2. When both agree

Only when a fund and a person both agree, and only under a signed data agreement, can a fund confirm a former member. Nothing is shared before then.

  3. 3. The fund pays its member

The fund confirms its own member and pays the pension. GPFR costs the fund nothing.

Matching has not started. It begins only once a fund joins under a signed data agreement, and nothing is shared until you and the fund both say yes.

AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity can bring people and funds here through our connector, explain GPFR in 24 languages, and register a person who has read our consent text and said yes. The person always confirms the sign-up themselves, by email, and gives every yes to a fund themselves.

Questions

What is a pension register, and what is GPFR?

GPFR, the Global Pension Finding Register, is a free register where people who worked abroad leave a forwarding address for their pensions, once. Pension funds can register free, so former members who moved abroad can find them. Nothing is shared without your yes.

How do I find my pension from working abroad?

Two ways that work together. A report identifies who holds your pensions now. GPFR is a forwarding address: pension funds can register free, so former members who moved abroad can find them. Funds often lose touch with members who moved.

Is it really free? Who pays?

Nobody pays for GPFR: it is free for you, always, and free for pension funds and trustees too. We take nothing from your pension.

What happens to my name and date of birth?

On this page, your browser turns them into codes before anything is sent. Through an AI assistant, they reach our server as text and our server turns them into codes on receipt. Either way we keep only the codes, under UK GDPR (ICO registration ZC113586), never the text. Nothing goes to a fund unless you and the fund both say yes. We delete your entry after 24 months without activity, or within a day when you ask.

How do you know sign-ups are real people?

We screen out fake and duplicate sign-ups. The pension fund confirms your identity before anything is paid, and money only ever goes from the fund to its own member. We confirm every email address, block automated sign-ups and look for duplicates.

Do AI agents match me?

Matching has not started; it begins only once a fund joins under a signed data agreement. AI assistants can explain GPFR and register you after you read our consent text, but you always confirm by email yourself, and only you can say yes to a fund.
