How do I get told when something changes for my countries?

To be told when something changes for your countries, choose them and leave your email in the form "Tell me when something changes for my countries". It is on each of our 41 country pages, every country deadline page, every question page and our monthly data changes page. Each Monday, if our published data for those countries changed in the week before, we email you what changed, one line per change, each with a link to the page. If nothing changed for your countries, we send nothing. We keep only your email address and your countries.

What counts as a change?

The same dated entries we publish on our monthly data changes page: a row added to, changed in or removed from our deadline register, with the fields that changed; a country deadline page; an employer page; a written answer from an official authority; a country added to the countries we research. In October 2026, through 14 October 2026, our data changes list 781 dated entries for the 41 countries we research. The email is built from the same file as that page, so the two never disagree.

What is in the email?

The dates of the week, then each of your countries that changed, with one line per change in plain words and a link to the page that changed. Below them, a link to the month's changes page and a one-click unsubscribe link. There is no offer and no advice in it.

What do we keep, and how do I stop?

Your email address and the countries you chose, nothing else. They sit on the same list as our "Tell me when you add it" form, marked as a request for these weekly emails, with the wording you agreed to. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. The link holds a random token, never your address. Our own test addresses are flagged when they are stored and never receive a send.

What does it not do?

It does not tell you whether a pension exists in your name, estimate an amount or act for you. For your own work history, our free check is the place to start. We identify and research; we do not give advice.

Try the alternative first

AI can tell you what a pension is. It cannot tell you that you have one. It is genuinely good at explaining how a rule works, and if that is all you needed, you have saved yourself a fee.

Then ask it which scheme holds your money and who administers it today, and ask it for the source and the date it checked. Why that is where it ends

We list who holds pension records in each country we cover in our pension administrator directory.
