Can I check my AFP from abroad?

The free route stops at the login. The Superintendencia's citizen services run through miportal.spensiones.gob.cl, and its own index page is headed Tramites con Clave Unica disponibles en la Superintendencia de Pensiones, so a Chilean state digital identity is the price of entry.

Can a pension abroad be paid under an agreement?

If a pension is ever paid to you abroad under a social security agreement, you must file a survival declaration every year within three months; the rules say payment is suspended in the fourth month if you do not.
