Pension question, Luxembourg

How many years do I need for a Luxembourg pension?

An old age pension at 65 needs 120 months of insurance, and CNAP confirms those ten years may be assembled from several countries. But a non-resident needs at least one year inside Luxembourg: below that, guichet.lu states the Luxembourg months are counted by whichever country pays, and give no right to payment from a Luxembourg fund.
