Pension question, Luxembourg
Can I get my Luxembourg pension contributions refunded?
Where the 120 months are never reached, Article 213 of the Code de la securite sociale returns the contributions actually credited, the insured and employer shares, adjusted to the cost of living index, with the State share excluded. An application for reimbursement of pension contributions must be submitted by the time the pension is paid.
