  • Once an SSS pension has been suspended for failure to comply with ACOP, the pensioner is automatically cancelled two years after the month of suspension.

  • Comply with the yearly Annual Confirmation of Pensioners (ACOP) Program on schedule, required in particular of retirement pensioners residing abroad

It will be automatically suspended one (1) month after the month of birth of the pensioner or of the deceased member. Automatic cancellation of pensioner after two (2) years from the month of suspension.
