How do I find my MPF account?

eMPF Platform (MPFA): All MPF schemes are administered through the eMPF Platform, run by a wholly owned MPFA subsidiary; one login shows every MPF account. Verification runs on iAM Smart, which only HKID holders may register for.

Where are the documents for a withdrawal sent?

The MPFA instructs that a member who wants the money applies and submits documents to the trustee through the eMPF Platform, adding: do not send the documents to the MPFA or the relevant trustee.
