Pension question, UAE
How is end of service gratuity calculated in the UAE?
A private sector expatriate earns an end of service gratuity instead, and only from one full year of continuous service: 21 days of basic wage per year for the first five years, 30 days per year after that, capped at two years' wage. It is a debt of the former employer, and no authority page we read offers a register, a search or a lookup for unpaid end of service money.
