Pension question, UAE

Is there a UAE pension for expats?

The UAE pays no state pension to expatriate workers. A private sector expatriate earns an end of service gratuity instead, and only from one full year of continuous service: 21 days of basic wage per year for the first five years, 30 days per year after that, capped at two years' wage.
