Pension question, Sweden
Do Swedish pensioners abroad need a life certificate?
A person who lives outside Sweden and receives a pension from the Swedish Pensions Agency must send in a life certificate (levnadsintyg) every single year for the payment to continue. If it is not returned by that date, payments are stopped from the following month and stay stopped.
