What is the Turkish old age lump sum payment?
Where the minimum is unmet, SGK pays yaslilik toptan odemesi instead, but only from age 58 for women and 60 for men, and only on written request. For a 4/a old age pension SGK sets 7,200 premium days, or 5,400 on the reduced route with three years added to the age limits.

How long do I have to pay for yurt disi borclanma?
The yurt disi borclanma (Law 3201 foreign period buy back) debt must be paid within 3 months of the notification date, or the buy back is void. Partial payment within the 3 months is valid for the number of days covered by the amount paid.

When must a 3201 pensioner abroad send the yoklama belgesi?
The Yoklama Belgesi (attestation form) must be submitted to SGK within 3 months after completing each six month period living abroad, or the pension is suspended. If it is established that a pensioner who has been abroad longer than six months did not hand in those documents within that same period, their pension is stopped, without prior notice, until the documents are received.
